[Spread-users] I fail to compile spread 4.0.0 with pure GCC C under win32.

A note.
It is not possible to compile file stdthread.c with pure GCC C under 
win32 since the __try __except schema are used in two places (spread 
1.17.3 worked fine).

(The reason to use GCC-C is that i am unable to link the libraries 
produced with the MS compiler the the Ada-code we are using, where the 
compiler is GCC/GNAT)
