[Spread-users] SP_kill() calls in SP_receive and multicast calls

We have made no decision with regards to 3.17.4 on whether to keep the old 
behavior (most likely), change to the new behavior (unlikely) or add some kind 
of option like you suggest, which could be a good alternative.
