[Spread-users] Spread connectivity in OpenOffice and/or Excel

My previous message asking about interfacing Excel to the
spread toolkit went without response.

This note is to ask if any of you out there would like to
collaborate on the task to interface a spreadsheet such as
OpenOffice or Excel.

I think it is very desirable to be able to link a cell in
a spreadsheet both ways.  And it serves as an excellent
casual tool for display and debug when the message loads
are small.

Please respond privately with suggestions or code
fragments.
