Nope.  From the spread website, they provide a link to GMane 
(http://news.gmane.org/gmane.network.spread.user), which allows you to search 
the archive.  You can also try http://marc.info/?l=spread-users&r=1&w=2. It has 
searching capabilities as well as browsing.  Not the prettiest interface, but it 
works.
