To add to what John said, in order to get the below config to work, you MUST
also add the public address of the router to the list of IPs on your network
interface card.  (both Linux and Windows 2000/XP support this)

For compA: it needs to have both 24.83.9.162 & 192.168.0.100 on its network
interface.

For compB: it needs to have both 64.80.10.152 & 225.10.10.2 on its network
interface.

Thanks once again John.  What you said really opened my eyes as to how 
much in the dark I was.  It was very difficult to dig out the specific 
points you made from the documentation provided with Spread. 
Conversely, your explanations are very clear and the clarity of 
expression is much appreciated.  I will try  the changes you suggested, 
and post my results.
