No.  You have collisions, RX framing errors, and TX carrier errors.

I manage busy servers that do many gigabytes of traffic daily and show
zero errors and collisions.  I'd personally consider more than one or
two a week problematic.

It's highly likely that you have either a cabling or switch problem,
possibly a duplex mismatch.
