[Spread-users] Problem starting spread

Hi,
I have installed spread-bin-3.16.2 on two redhat-7.3 boxes. On the first 
one I have no problems running spread but in the second spred dies on 
stratup time doesn't giving me any error messages.
My spread config file on the two machines is:

Spread_Segment  216.187.127.255:4803 {
        po.iawsnetwork.com      216.187.127.189
        go.iawsnetwork.com      216.187.127.190
}
DebugFlags = { PRINT STATUS EXIT }
EventLogFile = /var/log/spreadLog.out
EventTimeStamp = "[%a %d %b %Y %H:%M:%S]"
DangerousMonitor = false

When I start sread on the problem machine I get the spread logo and at 
the end the following lines:

ip_init: IP access control file not found.
If you are using IP based access controls, please make sure the file exists.
Conf_init: using file: /etc/spread.conf
Successfully configured Segment 0 [216.187.127.255:4803] with 2 procs:
          po.iawsnetwork.com: 216.187.127.189
          go.iawsnetwork.com: 216.187.127.190

Does anybody have had this problen allready?
