[Spread-users] Sess_recv_client_auth: BUG! Session is already authorized

Yes. That was one of the bugs fixed between 3.16.1beta1 and 3.16.1rc1 (and
is still fixed in 3.16.1). 

It is a race condition that triggers when you have connections being
established and destroyed somewhat "quickly" which is probably why it
didn't trigger during testing. 

So 3.16.1 does fix this, as well as a memory leak that will trigger with
mod_log_spread use.
