[Spread-users] spread help!!!

hi,
  I need some  urgent help from u people in installing spread and running it
on the windows 2000 for 2 machines connected via lan.
please if u could give me the exact steps , that would be really great.
I have downloaded both spread bin and source from jhu's website, and also have
read the spread guide, but if u could list the steps for 2000 that would be
very helpful.
