network bandwidth. Does Spread or the Spread client have any bandwidth
throttling/ bandwidth-limiting features that can limit it’s network
utilization? For instance, can I specify that Spread messages throughput from a
client not exceed 10 Mbps? <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
