Ok - this is good information.

The spsend and sprecv are working with plain udp message - no protocol is involved.

There is something wrong with your network. It could either be a cable, or there
is a packet analyzer that cannot keep up somewhere in the middle. It can also be
half-duplex settings on one or more of the computers / switches.
