[Spread-users] autoconf patch

Attaching patch, which makes spread-trunk friendlier to newer autoconf-versions

I am not attaching changed "./configure" scripts, as those can be
easily regenerated using following commands:

1) autoconf -i -I ./buildtools
2) cd stdutil; autoconf -i -I ./buildtools; cd ..

p.s. probably we should remove "./configure" files from subversion,
and, instead, add simple shell-script, for building them after
checkout.
