[Spread-users] 2 patches vs svn-trunk

[Alexey Zakhlestin]

first patch fixes signature of Prot_initiate_conf_reload() function,
so compiler doesn't argue about it
second patch fixes yacc-grammar. I wonder, why noone noticed it is broken
