[Spread-users] REJECT_MESS

Reject messages are only caused if you load a custom access control module which decides 
to reject certain messages or membership changes. The default module that is compiled in 
the build of Spread allows all events. You can see the api and example modules in the code 
at daemon/acm.h and daemon/acp-permit.c

Some additional documentation of this feature is in the paper "Framework for 
Authentication and Access Control of Client-Server Group Communication Systems" which can 
be downloaded from the Spread.org docs page under 'Research Papers'
