[Spread-users] Log timestamps aren't correct (timezone setting?)

Sorry I didn't think to include that in the original email.  The
first timestamp is correct, i.e. 15:45.

Once it switched, all the remainder of the logs were using 21 (that
is, until the daemon is restarted).
