[Spread-users] Apache2 mod_log_spread - where to get it?

I can concur that Ondrej's recoding of spread for apache2 does work. I
couldn't get any other apache2 versions to work on FreeBSD. However,
Ondrej's seems to have a problem with long spread group names... I'm not
sure where the problem lies but that seems to be one issue somewhere.
