[Spread-users] Network membership message

I have four machines running spread. Two of them in group A, and two in groups B.
I disconnected a cable from a spread machine that is joined on group A, a "Network Membership" message was received by the group. Once I reconnected the cable I got a "Network Membership" message for the reassembled group (A), but I got another "Network Membership" message for the other groups (B) as well - which was not separate by the cable disconnect.
Is this the expected behavior? If so, than why?
