[Spread-users] 3.17.3rc1 source tar.gz available

Hi,

The spread-src-3.17.3rc1.tar.gz package is now available for download from 
the www.spread.org website in the usual place.

The final 3.17.3 will be released in a few days if there are no issues
with this test release. Please let me know immediately if you encounter
any problems with this release. The list of changes was in the previous
email I sent to the list.
