There's also the sample.spread.conf that comes with the Spread
download, a handlful of research papers and technical reports, which
can be found at http://www.cnds.jhu.edu/publications/, and the online
documentation, which can be very helpful if you use the C library, or
as a quick reference, at http://www.spread.org/docs/docspread.html.

Otherwise, there's just this list.
