[Spread-users] Secure Spread on Windows under cygwin

I haven't tried to install secure spread under cygwin, but the normal 
method has worked fine for Spread 3.17.2 under cygwin.  Have you tried 
simply using ./configure; make; make install?  If so, what problems did 
you encounter?
