[Spread-users] Spread Newbie: Internet Push Technology and spread?

Hi all,

I am wondering, has anyone ever used spread to push data accross the 
internet ?

Q1). Could you please outline any [additional] required setup on the client 
side / server side ?
Q2). What's the data throughput like (assuming a broadband connection)?
Q3). This is really a follow on from the previous question - are the 
transfer rates great enough to allow simultaneous video streaming and 
realtime data (say 100 1kb messages per second) over the internet ?
