[Spread-users] problem starting spread daemon

Start spread with -n <correct proc name> on the command line.  The 
default proc id (IP address) used to find the proc name is the one 
returned as the first address listed in the hostent struct returned by 
gethostbyname(), called using the result of gethostname().
