[Spread-users] config_parse.y buffer overrun patch

Hi,

Please consider the attached patch for config_parse.y file. It checks that segment name used in
spread.conf is not longer than MAX_PROC_NAME. Without this check if one uses segment
name longer than MAX_PROC_NAME spread successfully starts and allows clients to connect
but then crashes trying to send any messages.
