[Spread-users] Running Wackamole and Spread with members in different subnet

We tested Wackamole earlier on Solaris. It worked pretty well with nodes
in the same subnet.

Does this stuff work if members of the cluster are in different subnet?
Does it rely on MAC address for any its functions? We intend to deploy
it in a WAN environment.
