[Spread-users] timeouts

They are documented in the Spread Users Guide which can be downloaded
from the www.spread.org website on the Docs page. 

They have also been explained on this mailing list in the past and a
serach of the archives should find some stuff.

If you post your requirements or reasons for needing to change them,
usually someone will provide some suggestions as the values need to be
modified in concert.
