[Spread-users] Looking for error explanation

Hi all,

I'm running spread to communicate between a java process and two C
processes. My tests seem to run fine for quite some time, but twice now
I have seen an error that terminates the spread daemon:

Send_new_packets: created packet 8193 already exist 1

What does this error mean? 

I've attached my conf file and the log output from spread. 
Any pointers much appreciated!
