[Spread-users] reliable?

In Spread, for messages with a service level lower than CAUSAL (i.e.
UNREALIABLE, RELIABLE, FIFO) it's very hard to say anything about which
processes received your msg and when they received them.

The virtual synchrony property does not apply to these messages, so the
only way you can _KNOW_ that another process received your message is
through some sort of explicit acknowledgement of receipt.
