Hi,

Spread does not guarantee real-time delivery.
If you can exactly specify what you actually want we probably could
comment in a more specific way. For example, what time-frame you have
for delivery, what network configuration do you have in mind, and of
course, what do you want Spread to do if the time limit is not met or
cannot be met due to a network problem,

        Cheers,

        :) Yair.

gulekim> Hi, all.

gulekim> Spread is powerful toolkit for reliable group communication. But what about real-time communication?

gulekim> Can Spread be real-time? I do NOT think so...

gulekim> For example:

gulekim> When I want to send one message to other group(s), Spread does NOT garentee its time limit (dead line)

gulekim> but only garentee its reliable delivery.

gulekim> The message may be delayed because of session bardger, token retransmission and so on.

gulekim> We do NOT know when the message delivered to target group(s).

gulekim> OK, How can I make Spread to be real-time? Which factors should be modified for this?

gulekim> Anybody can help me.

gulekim> Thank you.

gulekim> Bye.
