[Spread-users] Compiling Perl module on Win32

Hi All,

It was mentioned in the README in the src distribution that a MSVC project
file could be supplied if asked for. Would someone please send this to me
with any advise (quirks, DEFINE flags, etc) on compiling this using VC v6.
