[Spread-users] MultiPath (Spread version 3.16.2) Patch

Hi All,

In case it is of interest to others, I have "ported" Marc Zyngier's
excellent Spread MultiPath patch to apply cleanly to Spread version
3.16.2.
I hope this can be of use,
