[Spread-users] Spread on Mac OS X?

There is a MacOSX_makefile in the Spread source distribution. It should
have been in since at least 3.16.1. The makefile does not build shared
libraries like Theo's autoconf patches do, but it works fine for the
binaries and static libraries.
