[Spread-users] Solaris & spread retrans

Hello,

We tested Spread 3.17 on Solaris 8 hosts and had a considerable amount of
retrans in spmonitor.

After changing the Kernel Tuneables udp_recv_hiwat and udp_xmit_hiwat from
8k to 32k, we have _zero_ retrans.

                ndd -set /dev/udp udp_recv_hiwat 32768
                ndd -set /dev/udp udp_xmit_hiwat 32768
