[Spread-users] [PATCH] Added handling of SO_REUSEADDR

I've committed it to cvs. I think you are on the spread-cvs announce list
so you should have seen it. 

There are a number of changes that will be committed this week
encompassing work that several people have been doing over the summer.
Hopefully after some testing in early september, we will be able to issue
a new release. 

If anyone has other changes that they think should be included in the next
release, now would be a good time to send them to the spread-users list so
we can all take a look at them and commit them before the release.

As a bit of news, I have fixed the web-based view of the Spread CVS
sources, so you can now diff and explore them to your hearts content :-)
