[Spread-users] Beta 1 release of 3.16.1 available

	Has there been any thoughts regarding a make install target or 
install script?  It's very trivial, but would make things much easier to 
use.  If everyone agrees on /usr/local/, then would it be possible to do 
two things:

1) Include the following installation script, and
2) change the docs directory structure slightly to the following 
   format (script assumes the following):

	man/
	    man1/
		 spread.1
	    man3/
		 SP_connect.3
		 SP_disconnect.3
		 SP_equal_group_ids.3 
	 	 SP_error.3
		 SP_join.3
		 SP_leave.3 
		 SP_multicast.3 
		 SP_multigroup_multicast.3
		 SP_multigroup_scat_multicast.3 
		 SP_poll.3 docs/SP_receive.3 
		 SP_scat_multicast.3 
		 SP_scat_receive.3

I don't care whether or not someone mkdir's/mv's the files in the CVS
repo itself (saves file histories w/o creating an attic), but it'd make 
the installation script work and relative man commands work (man -M 
./man spread).  -sc
