[Spread-users] INET unable to bind to port - force kill?

Hi,

Actually I also thought this is a good idea PROVIDED it does solve the problem.
If anyone is interested in verifying that this actually works on a real system (e.g. the one that reported the initial problem) then we will definitely enable this solution.

If this does not solve the problem (or greatly reduces it) I see no point in adding options and complicating things. We like to keep Spread from becoming a monster.
